The Challenge
The clinic was running on a 6-year-old WordPress template with no SEO, no analytics, and staff manually calling patients to confirm appointments — costing ~12 hours per week across three branches.
Our Approach
Started with a 2-week discovery: competitor audit, patient journey mapping, and staff workflow interviews. Identified three high-value wins — new website, automated reminders, and a unified booking dashboard.
The Solution
Built a Next.js website with service pages, before/after gallery, and a Calendly-powered booking flow. Wired WhatsApp and SMS reminders via Twilio + Make. Deployed GA4 + a Looker Studio dashboard tracking bookings per branch.
